Great atmosphere from the time you step inside Arbroath's clinic. the staff make your dog feel at ease, they are friendly and helpful. Arlo loves going to the vet and he walks around as if it's his domain

Good vet to go to, decent prices. £30 for a consultation for rabbit, which i thought is reasonable.Only thing is , this one vet we had. Just went straight to assuming my rabbit needed put down, and he got better. So i was disappointed that she jumped to this conclusion.Yet i seen a different lady the following day and she was amazing, great advice and really cared

Poppy always loves going to see Fiona at the vets. When we take her in she is never happy unless she has said hello to the staff. She has had a rough time since she was a pup. 2 and a half now and finally a light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks to all the staff and vets.

Excellent practice with lovely staff. Everyone is incredibly helpful and patient, and my dogs love going to the vets! No issues so far getting appointments, and their service with regards to communication and admin is fantastic.Each staff member you speak to provides reassurance and support, which makes worrying periods with ill pets far less stressful. Very grateful this is my local vets - thanks to the team for doing such a great job!

I have used Parkside Vets for several of our animals. And each time the Vets have been incredibly patient, kind, emphatic and knowledgeable. I have been to different branches too, when Saturday emergencies happened and each time I have felt my pets where in safe hands. From the reception staff to the Vets, I cant rate Parkside highly enough

Very good and so helpful! I didn't have appointment as I just wanted to pick up a collar to stop my dog licking his back-end, I was given great service and help on putting the collar on, fortunately I had my little dog in the car, I think the collar has been a big help although a hindrance at times, hopefully can take it off tomorrow thankyou Parkside vetinary Arbroath

We changed to Parkside Vets in December 2021. The treatment of my dog has been amazing. The staff are all friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to support us. Happy to call me back if I had any queries about my dogs treatment and I never felt I was just another customer. Sadly my dog had to be put to sleep and what could have been a terrible experience was dealt with in a extremely compassionate and caring manner. Thank You so much to all the staff for your support and hard work.

I had to write this review. After several years of attending another vet, I have changed to Parkside Arbroath. I had no problem with the veterinary care my pets received at our previous vet practice but I got thoroughly fed up with the lack of customer service I got from ancillary and admin staff. I understand that vet practices need to be run as a business, and vet care is not cheap. But surely it must be possible for staff to be aware of what constitutes good customer service. By that I don't mean being polite and smiling, although that is welcome, I mean treating customers with respect and professionalism.Parkside Arbroath was like a breath of fresh air, with first class clinical care and service which is second to none. Both myself and my two pooches have been treated professionally, considerately and respectfully

Parkside Vets Arbroath

Located on East Muirlands Road, the Arbroath surgery is open monday-friday, with evening appointments available.

The surgery opened in April 2019 and is fully equipped with the most up to date digital x-ray machine, dental radiography and ultrasound scanner with an on-site laboratory for fast results.

There are 2 bright, airy consulting rooms and 2 surgical theatres with separate dog and cat wards to keep all our patients happy.

Free, private parking right outside the front door should take away any stress of looking or paying for a parking space.
