About the Surgery
Situated on the main road from Broughty Ferry to Monifieth, you will find the Barnhill Vet surgery, downstairs behind the group of shops here. If you come by car, look for our blue PARKSIDE sign with the Paw Logo and turn in at the side of the shops to find our adjacent car park. You can use this car-park, on the door-step, as you can at the new Dundee surgery.
As Vets in Monifieth and the surrounding area, Barnhill Surgery is fully equipped for all investigative, diagnostic and surgical procedures on all pets. See "Facilities" at Parkside. We use the accepted "Gold Standard" anaesthetic combination on all pets, at all surgeries for the best safety and comfort for your pet afterwards.
We consult all day, from 8.30 am till 6.30 am, when phones are diverted to our emergency number. If you need seen out of hours, we can still see you at Barnhill. Please be advised by our on-call Vet who will phone you back personally. You will always be seen by a PARKSIDE Vet.
We carry out all major investigations at Barnhill, as well all major surgery, with the exception of major orthopaedic work, which is done by our orthopaedic specialist (SA) at our Dundee surgery, due to the specialised instrumentation involved with such surgery.
Puppy Parties are held at Barnhill and Dundee - great fun for the young!
