We have several dedicated receptionists working in the practice. This gives you more continuity, a familiar voice on the phone and allows us to tailor their training more specifically towards customer service and care. They are also very knowledgable on veterinary matters and may help with with your queries but may refer you to a Vet or Nurse if necessary.
